to apply:
1. prep nail as usual
2. apply base coat of choice (and nail polish colour if you're using)
3. cut sheet to nail sizes
4. peel plastic backing away from design
5. place design face down on nail
6. hold wet sponge on top for approx. 15 seconds
7. remove sponge and paper layer
8. ensure design is stuck to nail all around the edges
9. apply top coat
10. clean up any excess on the skin using a small brush and nail polish remover
11. apply 2nd top coat
to remove:
use your favourite nail polish remover and cotton pad
hold on nail for 10-15 seconds
wipe off any excess
troubleshooting
the design isn't coming off the paper
make sure the sponge is wet enough and all of the paper is wet before you peel. it will naturally release when it's wet enough
the design is stuck to my skin
put some cuticle oil on beforehand, this will discourage the paper from sticking to your skin. also try cutting the paper as close to nail size as possible
my nailpaper is coming off at the edges
make sure when top coating to get right to the edges of the nail. avoid using topcoats that shrink. apply another topcoat after 5 days to keep fresh.
